Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –1 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01397-On 05/08/13 at approximately 0203 hours at Central Operation, Public Safety took a report of alarm at the Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01398-On 05/08/13 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01399-On 05/08/13 at approximately 0759 hours at the Biology Building, Public Safety responded to an intrusion alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of emergency. 13-U01402-On 05/08/13 at approximately 1655 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a lost parking permit.	Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incident - 0 Unsecured Door - 0 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock - 0 13-U01400-On 05/08/13 at approximately 1205 hours in the CAES Parking Lot, Public Safety took a report of damage to a Non-ISU Student’s rental car. A lawn mower had thrown up a rock and hit and broke the vehicle’s window. The individual was given A Citizen’s Claim Procedure form and contact information for ISU’s Risk Management office.	No incidents were reported.
