Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –3 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01387-On 05/07/13 at approximately 0204 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01388On 05/07/13 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01389-On 05/07/13 at approximately 1323 hours at the Rendezvous Building, Public Safety responded to a report of vandalism. 13-U01390-On 05/07/13 at approximately 1959 hours at Ridge Crest Apartments, Public Safety responded to a motorcycle accident involving an ISU Student. The individual’s motorcycle was damaged and the individual sustained minor injuries. The individual did not want any further medical treatment. Public Safety took a report of the accident and cleared the scene. 13-U01391-On 05/07/13 at approximately 2025 hours in the G01 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU Student for failure to stop when exiting a parking Lot. 13-U01392-On 05/07/13 at approximately 2041 hours at the Business Technology Building, Public Safety responded to a report of flooding in one of the restrooms. It was found one of the toilets was leaking around the base causing flooding in the bathroom. On-Call Maintenance was contacted and asked us to refer it to day shift maintenance. Signs were placed indicating restrooms were out of order. An ISU maintenance request was submitted. 13-U01395 -On 05/07/13 at approximately 1830 hours in the G02 Lot, Public Safety responded to the report of a non-injury hit-and-run traffic accident which caused damage to an ISU Employee’s vehicle. Case referred to day shift to attempt to locate a suspect.	No incidents were reported.	No incidents were reported.
