Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –3 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 1 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01360-On 05/06/13 at approximately 1230 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety delivered a letter to an ISU Student which bans the individual from having any contact with another ISU Student and bans the individual from all housing units. 13-U01379-On 05/06/13 at approximately 0203 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Stephen's Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01380-On 05/06/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01382-On 05/06/13 at approximately 0859 hours at Emergency Pole #8, Public Safety responded to a 911 verify. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 13-U01383-On 05/06/13 at approximately 1804 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pharmacy Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.	No incidents were reported.
