Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –4 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 1 Vehicle Unlocks - 2 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01315-On 04/30/13 at approximately 0001 hours at University Courts, Public Safety responded to the report of a noise complaints between three ISU Students. All individuals involved were asked to keep the noise down in their apartments and if they had any further problems to contact Public Safety. Case referred to Student Affairs and Housing. 13-U01317-On 04/30/13 at approximately 0403 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01318-On 04/30/13 at approximately 1448 hours at the RFC Building, Public Safety responded to a medical call for an ISU Faculty Member. EMS was contacted and responded. The individual was transported to an area hospital for further observation. 13-U01322-On 04/30/13 at approximately 1525 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a lost permit. 13-U01323-On 04/30/13 at approximately 1849 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning for traveling 32 mph in a posted 25 mph zone, an ISU verbal warning for failure to carry driver's license on self, and an ISU citation for failure to display insurance, to an ISU student. 13-U01324-On 04/30/13 at approximately 1902 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 33 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 13-U01325-On 04/30/13 at approximately 1917 hours at the Physical Science Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a malfunctioning door. A maintenance request was submitted for the door. 13-U01327-On 04/30/13 at approximately 2028 hours in the H08 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of student misconduct and issued an ISU citation to an ISU student for driving on the sidewalks. Case referred to Student Affairs. 13-U01328-On 04/30/13 at approximately 2044 hours at Rendezvous, Public Safety responded to a malfunctioning door. A maintenance request was submitted for the door.
