Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –0 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01222-On 04/21/13 at approximately 0030 hours, Public Safety took a report of lost property, a driver’s license. 13-U01223-On 04/21/13 at approximately 0300 hours in G14 Lot, Public Safety responded to assist PPD with a vehicle that may have been involved in a hit and run accident. 13-U01224-On 04/20/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01225-On 04/21/13 at approximately 1826 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning and an ISU citation to a ISU student for Traveling 38 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and failure to provide insurance. 13-U01226-On 04/21/13 at approximately 2310 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety responded to a two vehicle, non-injury traffic accident.
