Fire Incident - 0 Fire Alarms - 0 Unsecured Door - 2 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock - 0 13-U01167-On 04/17/13 at approximately 0945 hours in the G12 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of an altered/forged permit. 13-U01189-On 04/17/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01191-On 04/17/13 at approximately 1133 hours in the R08 Lot, Public Safety responded to an ISU Student’s vehicle that accrued $200 in outstanding parking fines. Best Towing was contacted, responded and removed the vehicle from campus. 13-U01192-On 04/17/13 at approximately 1427 hours in the H09 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of an ISU Student using a stolen permit.
