A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00784-On 03/09/13 at approximately 0500 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00795-On 03/09/13 at approximately 1731 hours at the Physical Science Complex, Public Safety found the middle, south-facing card reader door to be misaligned.
