Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –6 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 1 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 1 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U00733-On 03/05/13 at approximately 0300 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00736-On 03/05/13 at approximately 0849 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to take a report of property damage; someone had torn up the lawn near G13 with a vehicle. 13-U00739-On 03/05/13 at approximately 1700 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a stolen parking permit. 13-U00740-On 03/05/13 at approximately 1835 hours at the Chemistry Building, Public Safety responded to an intrusion alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of emergency. 13-U00741-On 03/05/13 at approximately 1849 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to activate headlights after dusk. 13-U00742On 03/05/13 at approximately 2234 hours at the Roy F. Christensen Building, Public Safety responded to an alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.
