A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00495-On 02/12/13 at approximately 0914 hours on Stacy Dragilla Way, Public Safety responded to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic accident involving two ISU Students. 13-U00496-On 02/12/13 at approximately 0902 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a stolen parking permit. 13-U00497-On 02/12/13 at approximately 1128 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and an ISU citation for failure to wear a seatbelt. 13-U00502-On 02/12/13 at approximately 1859 hours at the Business Administration Building, Public Safety took a report of a broken elevator. A maintenance request was submitted. 13-U00503-On 02/12/13 at approximately 1937 hours On Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 13-U00504-On 02/12/13 at approximately 2006 hours at the Biology Building, Public Safety responded to an intrusion alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 13-U00507 On 02/12/13 at approximately 2134 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 36 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and for an out headlight. 13-U00508-On 02/12/13 at approximately 2148 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 41 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 13-U00509-On 02/12/13 at approximately 2231 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU citation to an ISU student for traveling 42 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
