Fire Alarms – 1 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –1 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U00404-On 02/04/13 at approximately 0300 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00405-On 02/04/13 at approximately 1102 hours in the G10 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of an animal problem. 13-U00406-On 02/04/13 at approximately 0843 hours in the R08 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of an altered/forged permit. 13-U00408-On 02/04/13 at approximately 1513 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 13-U00410-On 02/04/13 at approximately 1415 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of found property, a wallet. 13-U00411-On 02/04/13 at approximately 1710 hours at the Administration Building, Public Safety responded to a fire alarm. Pocatello Fire Department was contacted and responded. The cause was due to custodial accidentally setting off the alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of emergency. 13-U00412 -On 02/04/13 at approximately 1814 hours at the Administration Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a stuck elevator. Maintenance was contacted and responded. 13-U00414-On 02/04/13 at approximately 2309 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of found property, an identification card. No incidents were reported.
