A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00377-On 01/31/13 at approximately 1110 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a lost parking permit. 13-U00378-On 01/31/13 at approximately 1442 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign and failure to display insurance.
