An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00095-On 01/11/12 at approximately 0259 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00097-On 01/11/13 at approximately 1605 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety responded to the report of a one-vehicle non-injury traffic accident. 13-U00098-On 01/11/13 at approximately 1608 hours at McIntosh Manor, Public Safety provided a civil standby for an ISU student. 13-U00099-On 01/11/13 at approximately 2014 hours in the H10 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling too fast for weather conditions. 13-U00100-On 01/11/13 at approximately 2055 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 32 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and for unsafe equipment, a burned-out headlight. 13-U00101-On 01/11/13 at approximately 2236 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Reed Gym.
