A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00055-On 01/06/13 at approximately 0301 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U00057-On 01/06/13 at approximately 1320 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety responded to a welfare check of an ISU Student. Case referred to the Chubbuck Police Department and Student Affairs. 13-U00058-On 01/06/13 at approximately 1702 hours at Ridge Crest, Public Safety took a report of water flooding some of the apartments due to a busted water pipe. Case referred to Housing. 13-U00059-On 01/06/13 at approximately 2235 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Reed Gym.
