Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 2 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U03839-On 12/08/12 at approximately 0300 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03840-On 12/08/12 at approximately 0338 hours at Turner Hall, Public Safety responded to the report of a ping pong table stuck in the elevator. Housing and Public Safety made several attempts to remove the ping pong table from the elevator; however, they were not able to un-wedge it from the elevator. A maintenance request was submitted the issue. 12-U03841-On 12/08/12 at approximately 0813 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03842-On 12/08/12 at approximately 0930 hours in the G10 Lot, Public provided a motorist assist to a Non-ISU Student whose vehicle had gotten stuck on a cement barrier. 12-U03844-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1212 hours in the R01 Lot, Public Safety responded to a two-vehicle traffic accident. 12-U03845-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1307 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU faculty for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U03846-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1236 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03847-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1314 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 33 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03848-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1400 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU citation to an ISU student for failure to display insurance, and an ISU written warning for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U03849-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1522 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU citation to an ISU student for traveling 39 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03850-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1532 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03851-On 12/08/12 at approximately 1538 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU faculty member for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and failure to renew registration.
