Two ISU Students were reminded of the no smoking policy on campus. Case referred to Student Affairs. 12-U03808-On 12/05/12 at approximately 0301 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03809-On 12/05/12 at approximately 0813 hours at the Rendezvous Building, Public Safety responded to a report of vandalism. 12-U03810-On 12/05/12 at approximately 0920 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of lost property, a wallet. 12-U03811-On 12/05/12 at approximately 1012 hours in the C02 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of an altered/forged permit involving an ISU Staff member.
