A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03637-On 11/16/12 at approximately 0300 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03638-On 11/16/12 at approximately 0447 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Physical Science Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03639-On 11/16/12 at approximately 0540 hours at the Liberal Arts Building, Public Safety found the north facing doors unlocked by key. The doors were secured and the area was checked. 12-U03640-On 11/16/12 at approximately 0553 hours at the Physical Science Complex, Public Safety found the south-facing card reader door locked but ajar. The doors were secured and the area was checked. 12-U03641On 11/16/12 at approximately 1503 hours at the College of Education Building, Public Safety conducted a fire drill. 12-U03642-On 11/16/12 at approximately 1830 hours in the H10 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03643-On 11/16/12 at approximately 2122 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 38 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
