Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 0 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U03628-On 11/15/12 at approximately 0300 hours at Central
Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance
request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03630-On 11/15/12 at
approximately 1140 hours at the corner of Dillon St. and 5th
Avenue, Public Safety responded to take a report of a personal injury. 12-U03632-On 11/15/12 at
approximately 1222 hours at the Rendezvous Housing Complex, Public Safety
responded to a medical call involving an ISU Student. Pocatello Fire
Department was contacted and responded. After being checked out by EMS, the
individual had a friend transport her to Student Health for further
observation. 12-U03633-On 11/15/12 at
approximately 1812 hours at Reed Gym, Public Safety responded to a medical
call involving a Non-ISU Student. Pocatello Fire Department had been
contacted and responded. Pocatello FD transported the individual to a nearby
hospital for further observation. 12-U03634-On 11/15/12 at
approximately 2020 hours at Turner Hall, Public Safety responded to the
report of harassment involving two ISU Students. Case referred to Student
Affairs. 12-U03635-On 11/15/12 at approximately 2230 hours on Bartz Way,
Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for failure
to stop when exiting a parking
lot. |

11/15/12 at approximately 0918 hours at the Tingey
Administration Building, Public Safety responded to a fire alarm. Idaho Falls
Fire Department was contacted, but did not respond. The cause of the alarm
was found to be due to dust. The area was found to be free of any emergency. |
