A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03606-On 11/14/12 at approximately 0308 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03611-On 11/14/12 at approximately 0957 hours at the Family Medicine Center, Public Safety responded to a report of a Non-ISU Student who was having chest pains and needed transported to a hospital. Pocatello EMS was contacted and responded and transported the individual to a hospital. 12-U03612-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1015 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of found property, a wallet. 12-U03613-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1111 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of found property, a driver’s license. 12-U03614-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1158 hours at the Roy F. Christensen Building, Public Safety responded to a disturbance between three individuals regarding smoking on campus and enforcement of the policy. Public Safety informed them we could not enforce the policy but would make a report of the incident. Case referred to Student Affairs. 12-U03615-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1428 hours at the RFC Building, Public Safety took a report of a personal injury to an ISU Student. The individual was referred to Student Health for observation. 12-U03616-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1518 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a vandalism to an ISU Employee’s vehicle that occurred at an earlier date. 12-U03617-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1554 hours at the Biology Building, Public Safety responded to an alarm in one of the freezers. The Biology Department was contacted and responded to monitor the freezers. 12-U03618-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1725 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03619-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1734 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U03620-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1817 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03621-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1803 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03622-On 11/14/12 at approximately 1824 hours in the G01 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U03625-On 11/14/12 at approximately 2222 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03626-On 11/14/12 at approximately 2229 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
