Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 1 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U03494-On 11/03/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03496-On 11/03/12 at approximately 1339 hours at Emergency Pole #1, Public Safety conducted a 911 verify. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 12-U03497-On 11/03/12 at approximately 1517 hours in the G17 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for authorizing a minor to drive. 12-U03498-On 11/03/12 at approximately 1825 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03499-On 11/03/12 at approximately 2112 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Gravely Hall. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03500-On 11/03/12 at approximately 2123 hours in the H10 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for failure to wear a seat belt and an ISU citation for 27 traveling mph in a posted 15 mph zone. 12-U03501-On 11/03/12 at approximately 2229 hours in the H10 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 29 mph in a posted 15 mph zone. 12-U03502-On 11/03/12 at approximately 2255 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety responded to an alcohol/drug offense. Pocatello Police Department was contacted and responded. A Non-ISU Student was cited for possession of paraphernalia and the other individuals were given warnings for open containers of alcohol in the vehicle.	No incidents were reported.
