A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03478-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1412 hours at the Roy F. Christensen Building, Public Safety responded to a report of an injury to a Non-ISU Student. The individual did not need EMS contacted and left the area without assistance. 12-U03482-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1804 hours at Reed Gym, Public Safety responded to a report of an injury to an ISU Student. Pocatello EMS was contacted and responded. The individual was transported to a local hospital for further observation. 12-U03485-On 11/01/12 at approximately 2201 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU employee for traveling 33 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03486-On 11/01/12 at approximately 2244 hours in the G14 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for failure to stop at a stop sign.	Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incident - 0 Unsecured Door - 0 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock - 0 12-U03474-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1142 hours in the University Place Parking Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U03475-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1228 hours in the University Place Parking Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U03476-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1250 hours in the University Place Parking Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 24 mph in a posted 15 mph zone. 12-U03480-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1735 hours in the University Place Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a stop sign. 12-U03481-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1744 hours in the University Place Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a stop sign. 12-U03483-On 11/01/12 at approximately 1822 hours in the University Place Parking Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to carry a driver's license.	No incidents were reported.
