A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03461-On 10/31/12 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03462-On 10/31/12 at approximately 0624 hours at Gravely Hall, Public Safety found the south-west facing doors locked but ajar. The area was check and the door was secured. 12-U03466-On 10/31/12 at approximately 1024 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a parking problem involving an ISU Employee that occurred in the R02 Lot. 12-U03467-On 10/31/12 at approximately 1448 hours at the Transportation Shop, Public Safety responded to a report of damage to an ISU vehicle. 12-U03472-On 10/31/12 at approximately 2134 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU employee for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. Case referred to Human Resources. 12-U03464-On 10/31/12 at approximately 1115 hours at the Bennion Student Union Building, Public Safety responded to take a report of a parking problem and student misconduct. Case referred to Student Affairs.	No incidents were reported.
