A maintenance requested was submitted to have the water leak fixed. 12-U03348-On 10/24/12 at approximately 0351 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for failure to use a turn signal. 12-U03349-On 10/24/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03350-On 10/24/12 at approximately 0523 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for an obstructed windshield, frost, and an ISU citation for failure to display insurance. 12-U03351-On 10/24/12 at approximately 0908 hours at the Pharmacy Building, Public Safety conducted a welfare check on an ISU Employee. The individual was contacted and appeared to be ill. The individual had a friend transport them home. 12-U03352-On 10/24/12 at approximately 0813 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took report of a suspicious activity that occurred at an earlier date near the Speech Pathology Building. 12-U03353-On 10/24/12 at approximately 0930 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a lost ISU parking permit. 12-U03354-On 10/24/12 at approximately 1224 hours at the Performing Arts Center, Public Safety took a report of theft that occurred at an earlier date. 12-U03355-On 10/24/12 at approximately 1259 hours on East Terry, Public Safety responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident. Pocatello Police Department was contacted and responded. Public Safety provided traffic control. 12-U03356-On 10/24/12 at approximately 1322 hours in the G02 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of damage to an ISU vehicle. Case referred to Transportation Department. 12-U03357-On 10/24/12 at approximately 1510 hours in the G01 Lot, Public Safety responded to a vehicle that had accrued $195.00 in outstanding parking fines. Best Towing was contacted and responded to remove the vehicle from campus. 12-U03359-On 10/24/12 at approximately 1605 hours at the College of Education Building, Public Safety responded to the report of damage to a bicycle belonging to an ISU Student. The individual had already spoken to the person responsible for hitting the bike and made arrangements with them to fix the bike. 12-U03362-On 10/24/12 at approximately 2011 hours at the Rendezvous Complex, Public Safety responded to the report of an alcohol offense involving an ISU Employee. Case referred to Human Resources.
