A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03322-On 10/22/12 at approximately 0531 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for failure to stop at a stop sign and an ISU citation for failure to provide insurance. 12-U03324-On 10/22/12 at approximately 0804 hours in the Rendezvous Complex, Public Safety responded to take a report of someone throwing coffee from about the 4^th floor to the lower floor, hitting an ISU employee. 12-U03327-On 10/22/12 at approximately 1100 hours at the Transportation Service Shop Building, Public Safety took a report of property damage. 12-U03328-On 10/22/12 at approximately 1054 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety conducted a welfare check on an ISU Student. 12-U03330-On 10/22/12 at approximately 2238 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Business Administration Building.
