A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03216-On 10/15/12 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03218-On 10/15/12 at approximately 0508 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Family Medicine Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03220-On 10/15/12 at approximately 0803 hours at the Physical Science Building, Public Safety responded to take a report of a medical incident that happened on one of the Idaho Falls Busses. 12-U03221-On 10/15/12 at approximately 0848 hours at Cesar Chaves & MLK, Public Safety responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident. Pocatello Police was contacted and responded. Public Safety assisted Pocatello Police Department with traffic control. 12-U03222-On 10/15/12 at approximately 1216 hours at Emergency Pole #6, Public Safety responded to a 911 verify. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 12-U03223-On 10/15/12 at approximately 1219 hours at Schubert Heights, Public Safety responded to a report of a drug offense. 12-U03226-On 10/15/12 at approximately 1406 hours in the R05 Lot, Public Safety responded to take a report of damage to two ISU vehicles. 12-U03227-On 10/15/12 at approximately 1446 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an accident that occurred in the G08 Parking Lot between a bicyclist and a vehicle. 12-U03229-On 10/15/12 at approximately 1912 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety responded took a report of found property, a debit card. 12-U03230-On 10/15/12 at approximately 1938 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to a report of an injured ISU Student. Pocatello Fire Department was contacted and responded to the scene. The individual had a friend transport them to a local hospital for further observation. 12-U03231-On 10/15/12 at approximately 2049 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to a report of an injured ISU Student. The individual had hurt their Achilles heel. The individual had a friend transport them to a local hospital.	No incidents were reported.	No incidents were reported.
