Pocatello Police was contacted and responded. One individual was arrested for DUI and a warrant for failure to appear. The other individual was released and his vehicle was impounded. Case referred to PPD. 12-U03206-On 10/14/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03207-On 10/14/12 at approximately 0508 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Family Medicine. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03208-On 10/14/12 at approximately 1210 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 36 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03209-On 10/14/12 at approximately 1305 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU citation to a non-ISU student for traveling 37 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03211-On 10/14/12 at approximately 1415 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU traffic citation to a non-ISU student for traveling 39 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03212-On 10/14/12 at approximately 1503 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.
