Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 0 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U03194-On 10/13/12 at approximately 0054 hours at the Rendezvous Housing Complex, Public Safety responded to an alcohol offense involving several ISU Students. Case referred to Student Affairs. 12-U03195-On 10/13/12 at approximately 0329 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took report of an alarm at the RISE Complex. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03196-On 10/13/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03197-On 10/13/12 at approximately 0508 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Family Medicine Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03198-On 10/13/12 at approximately 0733 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign and an ISU citation for failure to provide insurance. 12-U03199-On 10/13/12 at approximately 1213 hours in the R05 Lot, Public Safety responded to a non-injury hit-and-run accident that caused damage to an ISU Employee’s vehicle. Pocatello Police Department was contacted and responded. 12-U03200-On 10/13/12 at approximately 1343 hours in the Hutchinson Memorial Quadrangle, Public Safety responded to a report of dogs running loose on campus and bothering people. The owner of the dog was advised of our leash policy. The individual then left campus. 12-U03201-On 10/13/12 at approximately 1914 hours in the H10 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 25 mph in a 15 mph zone and an ISU citation for failure to provide driver’s license. 12-U03203-On 10/13/12 at approximately 2214 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 37 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U03204-On 10/13/12 at approximately 2238 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 36 mph in a posted in 25 mph zone and a traffic citation for failure to provide insurance.
