A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03180-On 10/12/12 at approximately 0508 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Family Medicine Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03181-On 10/12/12 at approximately 0803 hours at Emergency Pole #1, Public Safety conducted a 911 verify.
