Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 3 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 1 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U03125-On 10/09/12 at approximately 0027 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for unsafe equipment, no headlights. 12-U03126-On 10/09/12 at approximately 0208 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03127-On 10/09/12 at approximately 0329 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the RISE Complex. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03128-On 10/09/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03130-On 10/09/12 at approximately 0508 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Family Medicine. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03133-On 10/09/12 at approximately 0803 hours at the Rendezvous Convenient Store, Public Safety responded to a report of shop lifting. Pocatello Police Department was contacted and responded to the scene. Case referred to Pocatello Police and Student Affairs. 12-U03134-On 10/09/12 at approximately 1013 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a suspicious activity that occurred on an earlier date in the R08 Lot. 12-U03135-On 10/09/12 at approximately 1210 hours at the Business Administration Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a scooter parking illegally on the sidewalk, belonging to an ISU Student. The owner was contacted and advised where it was legal to park the individual’s scooter and advised the scooter could be towed in the future. 12-U03138-On 10/09/12 at approximately 1825 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.	No incidents were reported.
