Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 0 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 2 Vehicle Unlocks - 4 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U03045-On 10/04/12 at approximately 0000 hours at the Administration Building, Public Safety responded to an alarm The area was checked and found to be free of emergency. A maintenance request was submitted. 12-U03046-On 10/04/12 at approximately 0208 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Stephens Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03047-On 10/03/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03049-On 10/04/12 at approximately 0833 hours in the G02 Parking Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of vehicle damage. 12-U0305-2On 10/04/12 at approximately 1300 hours at the RFC Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a personal injury. 12-U03053-On 10/04/12 at approximately 1230 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a lost permit. 12-U03054-On 10/04/12 at approximately 1235 hours at the Biology Building, Public Safety responded to an alarm. The area was checked and it was found that the freezers had a low battery. Case referred to the Biology Department. 12-U03057-On 10/04/12 at approximately 1533 hours at the Family Medicine Building, responded to a medical call. A Non-ISU Student was complaining of chest pains. Pocatello EMS was contacted and responded. EMS transported the individual to a local hospital. 12-U03059-On 10/04/12 at approximately 1825 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm activation the occurred at the Pond Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03063-On 10/04/12 at approximately 0001 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Administration Building. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.
