A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03002-On 10/01/12 at approximately 0207 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03003-On 10/01/12 at approximately 0329 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the RISE complex. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03005-On 10/01/12 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted. 12-U03006-On 10/01/12 at approximately 0508 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Family Medical Clinic. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U03009-On 10/01/12 at approximately 1259 hours in the R08 Lot, Public Safety responded to a medical call involving an ISU Student who had fallen out of their wheelchair. EMS was contacted and responded. The individual declined transport to the hospital and was released to go to class. 12-U03013-On 10/01/12 at approximately 1825 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building.
