A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02987-On 09/30/12 at approximately 0253 hours at University Courts, Public Safety responded to a fire. Pocatello Fire Department was already on scene. The cause of the fire was a lit cigarette left on the porch. Case referred to Housing and Student Affairs. 12-U02988-On 09/30/12 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02989-On 09/30/12 at approximately 0508 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Family Medicine Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02992-On 09/30/12 at approximately 0940 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety issued and ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to display proof of insurance, and a written warning for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to carry a driver's license. 12-U02994-On 09/30/12 at approximately 1201 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U02995-On 09/30/12 at approximately 1352 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for traveling 38 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U02996-On 09/30/12 at approximately 1428 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U02997-On 09/30/12 at approximately 1437 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 38 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and failure to carry driver's license. 12-U02998-On 09/30/12 at approximately 1825 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.		No Incidents were reported.
