Fire Alarms – 1 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 1 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 1 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 1 Room Unlock – 0 12-U02894-On 09/24/12 at approximately 0209 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02895-On 09/24/12 at approximately 0411 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02896-On 09/24/12 at approximately 0816 hours at the Family Medicine/Family Dentistry Building, Public Safety conducted a fire drill. 12-U02897-On 09/24/12 at approximately 0829 hours at the Trade & Technology Building, Public Safety responded to a report of theft. 12-U02898-On 09/24/12 at approximately 0914 hours at the Vocational Arts Building, Public Safety responded to a fire alarm. Pocatello Fire Department was contacted and responded. It was found that the cause was due to a faulty detector. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 12-U02899-On 09/24/12 at approximately 1610 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of found property, a debit card. 12-U02900-On 09/24/12 at approximately 1825 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02901-On 09/24/12 at approximately 1739 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to a medical call. A Non-ISU Student had received an injury during football practice. Pocatello EMS was contacted and responded. EMS transported the individual to a hospital for further observation. 12-U02906-On 09/24/12 at approximately 2118 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued a ISU written warning to an ISU employee for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.
