A maintenance request was submitted. 12-U02867-On 09/22/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted. 12-U02868-On 09/22/12 at approximately 0721 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for failure to carry a driver's license on their person and for driving without privileges. 12-U02871-On 09/22/12 at approximately 1028 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a 25 mph zone and for failure to display insurance. 12-U02872-On 09/22/12 at approximately 1042 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U02873-On 09/22/12 at approximately 1113 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U02874-On 09/22/12 at approximately 1204 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U02875-On 09/22/12 at approximately 1826 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building.
