Case referred to Student Affairs. 12-U02691-On 09/11/12 at approximately 1825 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02692-On 09/11/12 at approximately 1320 hours in the G10 Lot, Public Safety took a report of an altered/forged parking permit displayed by an ISU Student. Case referred to Student Affairs. 12-U02693-On 09/11/12 at approximately 1335 hours in the R03 Lot, Public Safety took a report of a non-injury accident involving a Non-ISU Student that caused damage to a parking lot sign. 12-U02694-On 09/11/12 at approximately 2139 hours at Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to the report of a personal injury incident involving an ISU Student. The individual was transported to a hospital for further observation. 12-U02695-On 09/11/12 at approximately 2139 hours on the Hutchinson Memorial Quad, Public Safety responded to an alcohol offense involving an ISU Student. Pocatello Police Department was contacted and responded. The individual was taken into protective custody. Case referred to Student Affairs.
