Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 4 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 2 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U02312-On 08/14/12 at approximately 0139 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02315-On 08/14/12 at approximately 1600 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of possible fraud on an ISU Student. The individual was informed it was a civil issue; however, Public Safety would document it. 12-U02316-On 08/13/12 at approximately 1649 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond SUB. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02320-On 08/14/12 at approximately 2010 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign. 12-U02321-On 08/14/12 at approximately 2011 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U02322-On 08/14/12 at approximately 2030 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU student for failure to stop from an alley way. 12-U02323-On 08/14/12 at approximately 2100 hours at the Fine Arts Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a water leak in the first floor janitor’s closet. ISU Maintenance was contacted and responded.	No Incidents were reported.	No Incidents were reported.
