Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 0 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U02071-On 07/12/12 at approximately 0258 hours at the Life Science Building, Public Safety found door set #4 locked but ajar. The area was checked and the entrance secured. 12-U02072-On 07/12/12 at approximately 0259 hours at the Plant Science Building, Public Safety found the west-facing door unlocked by key. The doors were secured and the area was checked. 12-U02073-On 07/12/12 at approximately 0239 hours in the G16 Lot, Public Safety submitted an ISU maintenance request for malfunctioning lights. 12-U02074-On 07/12/12 at approximately 1120 hours at in the Continuing Education Parking Lot, vehicle unlock. 12-U02075-On 07/12/12 at approximately 1322 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for traveling 37 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and for failure to carry a driver's license on their person. 12-U02076-On 07/12/12 at approximately 1332 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 34 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U02078-On 07/12/12 at approximately 2345 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm activation that occurred at the Life Science Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. No Incidents were reported.
