Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 5 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U02025-On 07/07/12 at approximately 0029 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 37 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and failure to carry proof of insurance and driver's license. 12-U02029-On 07/07/12 at approximately 0401 hours in the H10 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to signal. 12-U02030-On 07/07/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm activation that occurred at the Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U02032-On 07/07/12 at approximately 0959 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 36 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U02034-On 07/07/12 at approximately 1245 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety assisted Emergency Medical Services with a medical call.
