Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 2 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U01598-On 05/21/12 at approximately 0401 hours at the Pharmacy Building, Public Safety conducted a building survey. 12-U01599-On 05/21/12 at approximately 0401 hours at the Liberal Arts Building, Public Safety conducted a building survey. 12-U01600-On 05/21/12 at approximately 1052 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Family Medicine. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U01601-On 05/21/12 at approximately 1431 hours at the Business Administration Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a walking hazard. 12-U01602-On 05/21/12 at approximately 1444 hours in the R09 Lot, Public Safety took a report of individuals soliciting faculty, staff and students for their business. The individuals were given a verbal warning regarding ISU’s policy for soliciting business on ISU property and were asked to leave the campus. 12-U01604-On 05/21/12 at approximately 2014 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for failure to stop at a posted stop sign and failure to carry driver's license on person. 12-U01605-On 05/21/12 at approximately 2204 hours at the Rendezvous Complex, Public Safety responded to take a report of found property, a transcript. 12-U01606-On 05/21/12 at approximately 2345 hours at the Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm activation that occurred at the Biology Building.
