Operations, Public Safety responded to an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request
was submitted for the alarm.

Science Complex, an ISU Student was served a no-contact order.
12-U01529-On 05/14/12 at approximately 0923 hours at Central
Operations, Public Safety took a report of lost property, a parking permit.

Waste Building, Public Safety conducted a building survey.

Public Safety responded to a one-vehicle traffic accident.

Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to
stop when exiting an alley way.
