Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door – 4 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 12-U00817-On 03/12/12 at approximately 0046 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU citation to an ISU student for traveling 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. 12-U00818-On 03/12/12 at approximately 0057 hours in the G10 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for unsafe equipment, a broken headlight. 12-U00819-On 03/12/12 at approximately 0214 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 31 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and for failure to display proof of insurance. 12-U00820-On 03/12/12 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U00821-On 03/12/12 at approximately 0637 hours at the Business Administration Building, Public Safety found a door that would not unlock. A maintenance request was submitted for the door. 12-U00827-On 03/12/12 at approximately 1023 hours at the Trade and Technology Building, Public Safety assisted Pocatello Police Department with a welfare check on an ISU Student. The individual was taken into protective custody and transported to the hospital for further observation. 12-U00828-On 03/12/12 at approximately 1413 hours in the H09 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of an altered/forged permit. 12-U00829-On 03/12/12 at approximately 1448 hours at Martin Luther King Way, Public Safety responded to a two-vehicle traffic accident. 12-U00830-On 03/12/11 at approximately 1657 hours at McIntosh Manor, Public Safety responded to a report of a verbal disturbance between two individuals. Public Safety checked the area and found it to be free of any emergency. 12-U00831-On 03/12/12 at approximately 1725 hours in the R04 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of a human-powered vehicle violation. Two Non-ISU Students were given verbal warnings and advised of ISU’s HPV Policy of no grinding on ISU Property. The individuals were cooperative and stated they would comply. 12-U00832-On 03/12/12 at approximately 1740 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a personal injury of an ISU Employee that occurred on 03/09/12. 12-U00833-On 03/12/12 at approximately 1855 hours in the G08 Lot, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to stop at a stop sign.
