A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 12-U00730-On 03/05/12 at approximately 0846 hours in the H09 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of the use of a stolen permit. 12-U00733-On 03/05/12 at approximately 1200 hours in the R01 Lot, Public Safety responded to a report of an altered/forged permit. 12-U00734-On 03/05/12 at approximately 1215 hours at the Family Medicine Building, Public Safety conducted a 911 verify. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 12-U00737-On 03/05/12 at approximately 1807 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 12-U00740-On 03/05/12 at approximately 2051 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
