01/19/12 at approximately 0905 hours in the G10 Lot, Public Safety responded
to a two-vehicle non-injury accident involving two ISU Students.

01/19/12 at approximately 1644 hours at Schubert Heights Complex, Public
Safety responded to a fire alarm. Pocatello Fire Department was contacted and
responded. The cause was found to be burnt food smoking. The area was found
to be clear of any emergency

One, Public Safety performed a 911 verify. The area was checked and found to
be free of any emergency.

01/19/12 at approximately 2038 hours at Turner Hall, Public Safety performed
a welfare check on an ISU Student. Pocatello Police Department and EMS were
contacted and responded. The individual was transported to PMC for
observation.

hours at the Bennion Student Union Building, Public
Safety responded to a medical call involving an ISU Student. Public Safety
transported the individual to a medical care facility for further
observation.
12-U00225-On 01/19/12 at approximately 2009 hours
at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Bennion
Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.
