12-U00195-On 01/18/12 at approximately 0300 hours at Emergency Pole
#7, Public Safety took a report of a problem with the phone not dialing
properly when 911 is activated. A maintenance request was submitted.
12-U00196-On 01/18/12 at approximately 0305 hours at Emergency Pole
#9, Public Safety took a report of the light not flashing when 911 is
activated. A maintenance request was submitted.
12-U00198-On 01/18/12 at
approximately 1002 hours in the R08 Lot, Public Safety took a report of an
altered/forged parking permit involving an ISU faculty member. Case referred
to Human Resources.
12-U00205-On 01/18/12 at
approximately 1427 hours at Reed Gym, Public Safety responded to a medical
call involving an ISU Student. EMS was contacted and responded. The
individual was transported to PMC for further observation.
12-U00206-On 01/18/12 at approximately
1441 hours at the Rendezvous Housing Complex, Public Safety conducted a
welfare check on an ISU Student. The individual was found to be ok and Public
Safety cleared the area.

approximately 1409 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to a
medical call involving a non-ISU Student. Emergency Medical Services was
contacted and had already responded. They transported the individual to PMC
for further observation.

approximately 1700 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took report of
stolen property belonging to an ISU Student, an iPad.

Courts, Public Safety participated in a fire drill.

Apartments, Public Safety participated in a fire drill.
