| Turn on your cellular phone. |
|
| If situation warrants evacuation of your building, coordinate evacuation with Public Safety. See Section 8.2 of the Emergency Response Plan on Evacuation Procedures. Do not go to the incident site. | |
| If your office or building is not affected, go to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). (If unable to report to EOC, call Dispatch at 208-282-2515.) Report to the Finance Coordinator and set up the Accounting function, by computer. If power is out, use a manual system. | |
| Review Inusrance/FEMA Documentation information. | |
| Coordinate with the Finance Coordinator to obtain source documentation for every insurance and FEMA expense area. | |
| Set up and maintain a binder or other system for documentation information. | |
| Make arrangements to attend a briefing with a representative appointed by the Finance Coordinator and be prepared to submit a Notice of Interest at that time. Provide time records, etc. | |
| Make sure you have a valid document on file to substantiate every expense listed in your application. | |
| Provide information and recommendations to the Planning Coordinator for the After Action Report. | |
| Manage the Insurance/FEMA disaster assistance application process. Keep a duplicate of the binder ready for inspection and review during the application and reimbursement process. | |
