| If situation warrants evacuation of your building, coordinate evacuation with Public Safety. See Section 8.2 of the Emergency Response Plan on Evacuation Procedures. Do not go to the incident site. | |
| If your office or building is not affected, go to the staging area at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). (If unable to report to EOC, call Dispatch at 208-282-2515.) | |
| Determine the number of personnel available to respond. | |
| Make contact with the Operations Coordinator with the list of team members and to obtain equipment and assignments. | |
| Develop an Action Plan to establish telecommunications and network connectivity. | |
| Coordinate with the Operations Coordinator and Public Safety to ensure essential telephone communications and network connection is available. Keep the Operations Coordinator briefed. | |
| Keep a log of your activities. | |
