OPERATIONS

Remain calm.
Turn on your cellular phone.
If situation warrants evacuation of your building, coordinate evacuation with Public Safety.  See Section 8.2 of the Emergency Response Plan on Evacuation Procedures. Do not go to incident site.
If your office or building is not affected, go to the staging area at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). (If unable to report to EOC, call Dispatch at 208-282-2515.) 
Determine the number of personnel available to respond.
Make contact with the Operations Coordinator with the list of team members and to obtain equipment and assignments.

Develop an Action Plan to establish telecommunications and network connectivity.

Coordinate with the Operations Coordinator and Public Safety to ensure essential telephone communications and network connection is available.  Keep the Operations Coordinator briefed.
Keep a log of your activities.
