Portneuf Brass — Bluebrass Music
Portneuf Brass features performers from the ISU Music faculty: Randy Earles, trumpet; Thomas Banyas, trumpet; Craig Knutson, French horn; Patrick Brooks, trombone; William Smith, tuba. This quintet ranks as the premiere brass ensemble in Eastern Idaho. Its members have played in community and professional orchestras in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Nevada and Idaho.
Trio Lyrique — works by Louis Spohr (1784-1859)
Trio Lyrique features professors from the University music faculty: Kori Bond, piano; Diana Livingston-Friedley, soprano; and John Masserini, clarinet. All three artists have achieved national and international recognition as performers and teachers. Most notably, the trio has performed at the fifth Michigan State University Contemporary Clarinet Festival in East Lansing, Michigan, and the Westminster Guest Artist Series in Salt Lake City, Utah.

ISU Chamber Choir, conducted by Scott E. Anderson
The Idaho State University Chamber Choir, conducted by Scott E. Anderson, ISU director of choral activities, is a 25-voice select ensemble that performs choral literature of the highest quality. The Chamber Choir has represented Idaho State University at Northwest Division conventions of the American Choral Directors Association in 1997 and 2002, and six international performance tours, with a tour of Peru planned for May, 2008.
