The Office of Special Events at Idaho State University plans and implements all events hosted or sponsored by President Arthur C. Vailas. We strive to maintain high standards, meet well-defined goals, and ensure that each guest has an enjoyable and meaningful experience.

Each university event should have a clear purpose that communicates a specific message to its guests, and should reflect positively on the university in every way. In order to accomplish this, we work closely with a variety of departments and vendors on campus and in the community to carry out well-planned, organized, and tasteful events.

Although we do not have the resources to plan events for other departments at the university, we would be happy to assist in any way possible. Please contact our office with questions regarding your events. Together we will ensure that Idaho State University is represented as it should be, and that your event goals are met.
