All submissions, to be accepted, must be consistent with the following criteria:
  1. Submissions must be from a) a member of a recognized ASISU student organization; b) a member of an ASISU department; or c) an ISU faculty/staff member;
  2. Submissions must pertain to events, programs, or services that the organization or department is directly involved with through sponsorship or hosting;
  3. Submissions must contain only information that describes the nature and logistics of the events directly linked to the organization sponsoring the submission;
  4. No personal sales or service notices will be allowed;
  5. No commercial sales information will be allowed, with rare exceptions for entities under contract to ISU and who are offering activities or promotions of interest to the student body.

As part of the bulletin board security, you will be asked to affirm that you are authorized as a spokesperson for the organization listed by sending a message from a current ISU Computer Center email account.

Messages posted after 7:30 am Friday mornings will not be included in Monday morning email.

Messages which miss the email deadline must be re-posted to be included in weekly email. Messages which need to re-appear in the next week email must be re-posted before 7:30am of each Friday.
