B. Class Records
All instructors are to keep written class records of student performance. Such records are not official but are kept for the benefit of the faculty and students involved. These records will be submitted to the department chairperson in the event of the faculty memberís resignation. Departments will retain these records which will serve as a cross-reference with official records in the Registrarís Office in the event of a student challenge. The only official grade record is maintained by the Registrarís Office.
